THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR ISSUE 3 IS JANUARY 31, 2012
Any submissions received after that date will be archived for future issues.

To submit to Cram, send an e-mail to submit@crammagazine.com. Please include the highest resolution file that you can (if it’s an image file) – we want your work to be represented as accurately and beautifully as possible. We’ll accept PDF, EPS, JPG, PSD, AI, DOC, TXT, and probably whatever else you throw our way – just ask. If your file is gigantic, we’ll accept downloads from sites like yousendit.

Please include the following information in your e-mail:

Information to be printed with the submission:

  • Your name
  • The title of you work
  • The date the work was created
  • Any other information you’d like to include about your work (i.e. what it’s made of, what it means, who you made it for, etc.)
  • All of the above items are optional except for your name and the date the work was created.

Information for our Contributor’s Listing (printed and online):

  • Your name
  • Your website(s)
  • Your contact information
  • A little bit about yourself
  • All of the above items are optional except your name. However, our contributor’s listing is a great way to get a little extra exposure.

We encourage submissions from all creative areas: drawing, poetry, painting, fiction and non-fiction, photography, film, acting, graphic design, comics, typography, textile design, printing, and anything else that we can cram inside a 6” x 9” envelope – if you want to submit something that wouldn’t work on a printed page, talk to us and we’ll work something out.

Some things you should know:

By submitting your work, you are giving Cram permission to publish it – in the printed magazine, in the PDF version, and on our website. All submitted work is owned by its respective Creator, NOT Cram Magazine, so we strongly recommend getting your work copyrighted. (http://www.copyright.gov/ is a good place to start, as well as http://creativecommons.org/)

Please note we will not publish full works on our website (unless you want us to). We will, however, be showing previews of the magazine, and therefore bits and pieces of work may show up in those previews. These previews may appear on our website and also on our Facebook and Etsy pages.
